Boat building and repair,

Furniture manufacturing,

Bonding of all kinds of hard wood (oak, teak and tropical woods) materials,

In the manufacture of wooden doors and windows,

Acoustic panels,

Stairs, paneling, ready-made kitchen manufacturing and assembly,

It is used for bonding materials to each other and to absorbent surfaces such as concrete and metal.

Viscosity (Brookfield @20 degrees): 5000-7000 mPas

On Time: approx. 20 minutes

Shell Bonding Time: approx: 30 min.

Heat resistance -25->125 degrees

Surface Preparation: The surfaces to be glued should be sanded and degreased. Slightly moisturizing the dried surfaces will increase the hardening speed of the glue.

Tools Used: Used directly from the original packaging or can be used with an airbrush if desired.

Thinning/Mixing Ratio: In airbrush applications, it is brought to the desired fluidity with Polymex-HRM Thinner.

Kuruma Süresi: (20°C sıcaklıkta) %65 nemle 30 dakikada veya ağacın kendi nemi ile preste 40 dakikada sertleşir. Marin Deniz Tutkalı Yapıştırıcısı

Storage Conditions:

Store in closed packages in a dry and cool place. After use, the packaging should be closed tightly and airtight. It should be protected from frost. Marine Marine Glue Adhesive

It is a solvent-free glue that is highly resistant to water and moisture and gives good results in bonding wood, metal, polyester, stone, ceramic, PVC and other plastic surfaces. Due to its resistance to water and air humidity, it is especially used in the assembly and repair of metal and wooden parts of the exterior facades of sea and lake vehicles and buildings. It gives good results in places with high water vapor, especially in bathrooms and kitchens of houses, workshops and factories. It is a glue that gets stronger with humidity.

Description

What is the Difference of Polymex 7010-Pu Marine Glue Adhesive?Marine Marine Glue is a polyurethane-based and one-component adhesive that reacts with moisture in the air. The higher the humidity and temperature in the air, the faster the glue will dry. Polyurethane glue is widely used in the marine industry because it has a flexible structure and is very resistant to water. It is resistant to shaking and impacts due to its flexible structure. It does not open easily from the ground it adheres to and does not dissolve in water. It has a problem solving feature due to its certain heat resistance. Furniture, chipboard, wood and textile sector are the areas where marine glue is mostly used. Pu Marine Marine Glue AdhesiveAdhesive Glue                                                                                                                             Marine Glue Adhesive For a good adhesion, the glue should form a structure that does not tear easily and is resistant to water and impacts. Of course, the application area of the glue is also very important. When the glue dries, it forms a film layer. The structural strength of the film is important in the quality of the glue. The fact that the glue adheres very well to the floor does not indicate that it is a good adhesive. Fast drying glues (popularly known as Japanese glue) adhere very well to the applied area. However, since the film it forms is not flexible and has high impact resistance, its usage areas are limited. The absence or very few air bubbles in the film structure formed by the adhesive glue increases the strength of the glue. Pu Marin Marine Glue AdhesiveHow Should Quality Glue Be?                                                                                                        Air bubbles in dried glue cause poor adhesion between surfaces. The quality of the adhesion will be reduced as there will be ruptures in the compartments where air bubbles are present. Therefore, a quality glue should not contain air bubbles when it dries. Where air bubbles are present, mechanical strength will be low. Therefore, tearing or ruptures will be too much. Pu Marin Marine Glue AdhesiveOne-component polyurethane Isocyanate groups in glues react with the humidity of the air and start to dry. During this reaction, carbon dioxide is released and air bubbles form in the adhesive layer. This reduces the bonding quality. A good single component polyurethane glue should have no (or very few) air bubbles, should not soften as the temperature increases, should be flexible and water resistant.
