Implementation: P-5032-Solvent Free Epoxy Sound Insulation Floor Topcoat Paint After mixing the base material, add hardener and mix for 2-3 minutes until homogenous. After resting the mixture for 3 minutes, proceed with the application. Do not prepare more material than the amount that can be applied during the life of the mixture. Terms of Application: Solvent-free epoxy sound insulation floor topcoat New concrete and cement plaster should be cured for at least 14 days. After the mortar residue etc. on the cured surface is removed by light sandblasting or brushing, the selected primer is applied. Loose particles such as old paint, dirt, dust etc. on the old concrete and cement plaster surface are removed by sandblasting, scraping, brushing. Oil and grease residues are cleaned with detergent water, if neutralization is required, the surface is wiped with % 3-4% hydrochloric acid or acetic acid solution and washed with water. Make sure that the surface is completely dry before applying the selected primer. Consumption:  For 1 mm dry film thickness: 1.2.kg/m² For 1 mm wet film thickness: 1.3 kg/m² Floor paint, exterior and interior coatings: 0.500 gram/m² Solvent Free Epoxy Sound Insulation Topcoat Paint   Application Methods: Apply with a short nap roller, comb trowel or Airless Spray.   Application Temperature: Do not apply below +10 °C. Mixture Lifetime: 1 hour at 23 °C. Mix life shortens as the amount of mixture and ambient temperature increases. Solvent Free Epoxy Sound Insulation Topcoat Paint Waiting Between Floors: Minimum 6 and maximum 48 hours. Consumption: Theoretically, approximately 250 g/m in a single layer with a film thickness of 125 microns²  (Depends on the roughness of the surface)
