Features:
Polymex-5024 - Aliphatic Polyurethane Based Stone Binder Binder It is a strong Stone binder Floor adhesive resistant to moisture, water and chemicals. Resistant to abrasion, impact, acid, alkali, sea water and most chemical and corrosive materials. Forms a very strong layer after hardening. It hardens at low temperatures without significant volume change. Drying time can be shortened thanks to catalysts. It is an aliphatic polyurethane stone binder floor material with high adherence to the applied surface.

Exceeds the hard coefficients of elongation and elasticity of the applied surface. Resistant to water. Cures quickly in hot and humid weather. It has a hard structure. Provides excellent resistance in outdoor conditions.

Areas of Use:
Polymex- Aliphatic Polyurethane Based Stone Binder is used in floor coating construction, floor pouring systems. It is generally used in stone floor coverings as floor stone binder.

Its bonding property lasts up to 20 years as it is not affected by sunlight and water. It is an anti-bacterial adhesive that is resistant to chemicals, impacts and friction and does not leak liquid. It creates a smooth surface on the applied surface and increases and strengthens the surface strength.

Floor:
The floor to be applied must be smooth, dry and clean. It should be cleaned from mineral oil, dirt, rust and burrs. Absolutely no foreign material should be added. Ambient and surface temperature in application +10 ^oC or below +30 ^oC, appropriate temperatures should be expected.

Storage and Shelf Life:
It can be stored in its original unopened packaging under standard room conditions for 12 months.
Packaging:
20.kg 25.kg 30.kg in 200 and 250 Kg Hair Drums.

Warnings:
Aliphatic Polyurethane Based Stone Binder is solvent free and since it is a chemical, contact of the material with the skin should be avoided.
In case of ingestion, a doctor should be consulted who can decide whether or not to wash the stomach. It is recommended to wear protective goggles and gloves.
