Prosil Polyurethane Electrical Casting Resin Suitable for use in renewable cable joint exemptions, power insulated connections, underground, above ground telephone and energy cables, electronic circuit coating, surface coating, park and garden lighting, water pools, all kinds of humid environments and in water.

In the electrical cable industry: used in the casting of cable headers and joint exemptions, end connections, insulation of underground cable joints. It is a casting resin used in submersible pumps, aquarium filters and in protecting the electrical parts of the motor from water. It prevents vibration in the pump. Prosil Polyurethane Electric Casting Resin Implementation:
The surface to be treated must be dry and clean. It should be cleaned from mineral oil, dirt, rust and burrs. During application, the surface and ambient temperature should be min. 8 ^oC Max. 30 ^oC should be ensured. The packaging should not be left under the sun, should be protected from frost and dampness, and no foreign material should be added.

Pour Polymex-3017; Component B into Component A. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The place or ground to be used must be cleaned from mineral oil, dirt, rust and burrs. The prepared mixture should be used within 30 to 40 minutes. If not all of the material will be used, the material should be weighed precisely according to the mixture ratio written on the label. Skin contact should be avoided; in case of contact, wash with plenty of water and soap. Empty packages cannot be used as food storage containers.
