Areas of Use: Polyurethane Casting Resin in transformers, magnets for filling, insulators, sanding Polyurethane Casting Resin In the electrical cable industry: It is used in the casting of cable headers and joint exemptions and in the insulation of end connections. It is a casting resin used in submersible pumps, aquarium filters, to protect the electrical components in the motor from water. It prevents vibration in the pump. It is used in fuse and mold manufacturing and also used in LED bars and FR modulator. It is used in electronic and electrical systems. It is also used as an insulator in underground and above ground electrical high voltage connection systems. Intumescent Polyurethane Casting Resin Implementation: Intumescent Polyurethane Casting Resin The surface to be applied must be dry and clean. It should be cleaned from mineral oil, dirt, rust and burrs. During application, the surface and ambient temperature should be min. 8 oC Max. 30 oC olmasına dikkat edilmelidir. Malzemenin tamamı kullanılmayacaksa etikette yazılı karışım oranına göre malzeme hassas olarak tartarak kullanılmalıdır. Şişen Poliüretan  Döküm Reçinesi Storage and Shelf Life: P-3052-Polyurethane Casting Resin Storage time under normal conditions (+20 oC), in a dry environment with the lid closed for 2 years. Production date is on the label. Packages should be stored upright. P-3052-Swelling Polyurethane Casting Resin Packaging: 5.kg-20.kg-30.kg-60.kg-100.kg- in sets of 250 kg.
Safety Precautions: Avoid skin contact, in case of contact, wash with plenty of water and soap. Empty packages cannot be used as food storage containers. Direct inhalation should be avoided, masks, goggles and gloves suitable for chemical inhalation should be used. Attention !!! : R20 Harmful if inhaled.
