Plugging the pores on all types of concrete, wood and metal surfaces before the application of one- or two-component (depending on the area of use), polyol-based, solvent-free, matt or glossy abrasion-resistant, jointless, monolithic, polyurethane and Epoxy-based coating materials, It is an industrial and decorative type coating material that is compatible with polyurethane and Epoxy based coating materials to prevent moisture coming from below, to ensure better adhesion of the coating material to be applied on the surface and to eliminate sanding and dusting especially on concrete surfaces with low surface quality.

MMA Based Primer Chemical Resistant Floor Coating Primer Genellikle İzolasyon ve Zemin Kaplamadan Önce Zemine Astar Olarak Kullanılır. Polyurea İzolasyon ve Polyurea Zemin kaplamalarında. Poliüretan ve Epoksi Zemin kaplamalarında. Poliüretan İzolasyonlarında astar olarak  kullanılmaktadır. Her türlü yüzeyin su ve kimyasallara karşı izolasyonun’da, beton, ahşap, eternit, taş, her türlü metal satıhta, fabrika ve Atölyelerin zemin kaplamalarında, beton yüzeylerde, asit, alkali ve diğer korozif kimyasallara karşı dayanıklılık istenilen zemin kaplamalarından önce, üzerine kaplanacak malzemelere iyi bir zemin ve korozyon koruyucu olarak kullanılmaktadır. Mode of Application: Duration of use is 10 minutes and the mixture should be finished within 10 minutes after mixing. MMA Esaslı Astar Kimyasala Dayanıklı  Zemin Kaplama Astarı Uygulama yapılacak alan kir,yağ,pas vb. maddelerden iyice temizlenmelidir. Beton yüzeylerde yüzey kuru ve temiz olmalıdır. Eski ve yıpranmış yüzeylerde (aşınmış, gevşemiş ve mekanik mukavemetini kaybetmiş) gerekli onarımlar yapılmadan astar uygulanmamalıdır. Beton pirizini almış ve tamamen kurumuş olmalıdır. Kullanma süresi 10 dakikadır karışım yapıldıktan sonra 10 dakika içerisinde bitirilmelidir. Ana malzeme 2 oran, sertleştirici malzeme 1 oranında Max. 2-3 dakika elektrikli mikser ile karıştırılarak uygulamaya hazır hale getirilir. MMA Esaslı Astar Kimyasala Dayanıklı  Zemin Kaplama Astarı. Uygulama; isteğe göre fırça, rulo veya havasız püskürtme yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilebilir. Uygulama 10.dakika  içerisinde bitirilmelidir. Tek kat uygulama yeterlidir. Kimyasala Dayanıklı Epoksi Zemin Kaplama Astarı. Uygulama sonrasında 36/40 mikron kalınlığında kuru film tabakası elde edilir. Uygulama yapılan yüzey en az  -1-  saat boyunca ıslatılmamalı, üzerinde yürünmemeli ve korunmalıdır. 1 saat sonra kuruyan astarın üzerine Kaplama uygulamaları gerçekleştirilir.
