Application Areas:
It is glossy, scratch resistant and elastic. It forms a film layer on the applied surfaces and protects the areas on which it is applied against chemical and physical effects.
Features and Benefits:
Protects against corrosion, resistant to alkalis and acids. Not affected by fungi and bacteria. Resistant to sunlight as it is not affected by UV rays. It has high adherence to the applied surface and is resistant to aging. It is resistant to water, acidic water and salt solutions, grease oil and petroleum and is also impermeable.
Implementation:
Ana malzeme 4 oran, sertleştirici malzeme 1 oran olarak birlikte max. 2-3 dakika temiz bir çubuk veya elektrikli mikser ile karıştırılarak uygulamaya hazır hale getirilir. Uygulama; isteğe göre fırça, rulo veya havasız püskürtme yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilebilir. Tatbik edilecek yüzeyler toz ve yabancı maddelerden arındırılmalı, parlatılmış yüzeyler mum (wax) tabakasından tamamen temizlenmeli, gerekli yerler zımparalanmalıdır.
Uygulama 1 saat içerisinde tatbik edilir. Öncelikli kuruma 1 saat içerisinde gerçekleşir. Tam kuruma 2-3 saatte, kimyasal ve fiziksel dayanıklılığını sağlaması 7 gün içerisinde oluşur. Uygulama yapılan yüzey en az 4 saat boyunca ıslatılmamalı, üzerinde yürünmemeli ve korunmalıdır.
