Features and Benefits:
Polymex-2007 is a two-component, blue-white, polyurethane resin based pool paint. It is not affected by water and water pressure. Especially in newly constructed swimming pools and ornamental pools, Polymex-2007 is an extremely suitable product for use if ceramics will not be used. It gives a homogeneous blue-white appearance on the applied surface.

Elastic, does not crack, swell or lift. It is not affected by UV rays and pool chemicals. Extremely resistant to alkali and chlorine. Its color does not fade over time, does not deteriorate under water, does not corrode. It does not moss on surfaces, does not produce bacteria, is anti-static and anti-bacterial. The workmanship is extremely easy and economical.

Implementation:
Surface Preparation:
Polymex-2007; the application surface must be dry, clean and thoroughly cleaned from dirt, oil, rust, etc. Concrete or sheet iron, fiberboard, wood and tile surfaces must be dry and clean. Old and worn surfaces (worn, loosened and lost mechanical strength) should not be primed before the necessary repairs are made. The concrete must be set and completely dry. Uneven surfaces should be repaired with suitable repair mortars. Corner edges of the surfaces must be chamfered with repair mortar with a diameter of 4 cm. Water should flow towards the drains. Polymex-2007 should be applied 4 hours after the primer is applied to the floor, after making sure that the floor has hardened. One coat of primer and two coats of pool insulation paint is sufficient. After application, a 1.5 mm thick dry film layer is obtained. The application surface should not be wetted, walked on and protected for at least 8 hours. Application should never be done without primer. Polymex-1001 or Polymex-999 -Prc Epoxy Primer should be used as primer.

Mixture
It should be taken in proportions A/B:4/1. Before preparing the mixture, mix component A mechanically. After adding component B to component A, mix with a mechanical mixer for 4-5 minutes until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. The mixed mixture must be applied within 1 hour.

It should be applied with a brush roller or airless gun. 1 coat of primer should be applied and left to dry. After the second coat of Polymex-2007 is applied and dried, the last coat of Polymex-2007 should be applied. The pool should be filled with water 72 hours after the pool insulation paint is finished.

Consumption:
Approx. depending on the surface
For 1 mm dry film thickness: 1.30 kg/m²
For 1 mm wet film thickness: 1.2 kg/m²
For pools and ponds: 2 kg/m²
On terraces and floors: 2.5 kg/m²

Attention:
Stir until homogenized before use.
Application + 5-30 ^oDo it between C.
Protect the product from freezing and hot weather.
