Terms of Application:Yeni beton ve çimento sıvanın en az 21 gün kürlenmesi gerekir. Kürlenmiş yüzeydeki harç artığı vs. hafif kumlama veya fırçalama ile uzaklaştırıldıktan sonra seçilen astar uygulanır. Çelik ve tanklarda Epoksi astar uygulandıktan 12 saat sonra boya uygulanabilir.Eski beton ve çimento sıva yüzeyindeki eskiden kalma boya, kir, toz vs. gibi gevsek parçacıklar kumlama, kazıma, fırçalama ile uzaklaştırılır. Yağ ve gres artıkları deterjanlı su ile temizlenir, nötralizasyon gerekiyorsa yüzey % 3-4 lük hidroklorik asit veya asetik asit çözeltisi ile silinir ve su ile yıkanır.

Application Methods: Apply with a short nap roller, comb trowel or Airless Spray.
Application Temperature: Do not apply below +10 °C.
Mixture Lifetime: 1 hour at 20 °C. The higher the amount of mixture and ambient temperature, the shorter the life of the mixture.

Metal üzerinde ki etkisinin çok sağlan bir dirence sahip olmasından dolayı liman ve sanayi tesislerinde yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Epoksi boya, son kat olarak uygulanan bir tür kaplama işlemidir. Toz tutmaz özelliği, su geçirmezliği ve kolay onarım ile tamir edilmesinden çok fazla alan içerisinde kullanımı gerçekleştirilir. Uygun astar uygulaması yapılmış ahşap zeminlerde de epoksi boya son kat işlemleri son derece tercih edilen bir uygulama çeşididir. Astar işlemi görmüş yüzeyler 24 saat bekletildikten sonra son kat boya işlemi için uygun hale gelmektedirler.

Tam kuruma evresine de 4 ile 7 gün içinde geçmektedir. Kullanımı uzmanca yapılmalı ve dikkat ederek kurutulmaya bırakılmalıdır. Tam olarak verim alabilme bu şekilde gerçekleşir. Uygulama aşamasında ortamın iyi havalandırılması gereklidir. Ayrıca muhakkak uygulayan kişilerin maske takarak işlemlerini yapması gereklidir.
